The folding chairs are in use in the church meeting rooms on most days, and have proved a great asset. They can be easily moved and stored away, even by some of the more elderly members of the congregation!
The trolleys do the job, but they are a bit fiddly to use. The rods holding the chairs in place do not fit very securely into the holders and can jump out as the trolleys are moved.
It would also be better if both sets of wheels swivelled, so that it would be easier to manoeuvre the trolleys into their storage place.
In retrospect, the other design of trolley might have been better, but on the other hand it is useful that the chairs can be just lifted onto the trolley rather than having to be turned upside down.
Our order was processed promptly, and we were very happy with the service you provided.
Response:
Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated.
We have previously offered upright trolleys with web-strap sides, however these proved unsuitable. We find that the metal sides are generally better.
We have also trialled swivel castors throughout, however the general preference is for two fixed castors - we can't get it right for everyone unfortunately!
The current design works to a good standard in most cases and is generally considered good value for money.
We're pleased you're happy with the complete solution.
